  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of the customer.
  • Delay in delivery caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases (e.g., missing items), partial refunds may be issued instead of full refunds.
